“Development and Management of Urban Culture and Arts – Sharing of Management Insights and Experiences in Arts and Cultural Organizations in Kaohsiung and Hong Kong”
Exploration of culture and arts can help citizens understand themselves, reflect on the world, and cultivate creativity and innovation. It also allows various sectors such as social services, education, business, management, and human resources to integrate artistic theories and techniques for development. Therefore, we are very concerned about the management and development policies of culture and arts.
