Green In Prop+Con
Sustainability is the key for a better future. With an aim to reach carbon neutrality in 2050, corporates in Hong Kong have been taking various initiatives to go green, sustainability and net zero. Achieving this target requires a collective effort from each stakeholder of the city. “Green in Prop+Con” is organized by HKSTP to serve as a platform to source and match global and local green tech solutions with our corporate partners’ specific scenarios. The focus of Green in Prop+Con is ESG solutions and the stage is our Corporate Partners’ businesses or premises. These solutions are applied to both external and internal aspects of property operation, overall management, and building materials, with a focus on enhancing ESG performance. Shortlisted tech ventures will collaborate with our Corporate Partners, utilising innovative technologies to build solutions that elevate the performance and development of sustainability across the Construction & Real Estate industries – from masterplanning and siting to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition.
